At the weekend Danny Bradford, Banjo Cycles downhill team rider, secured his best result of the 2014 racing season with a victory at the Midlands Downhill Championships near Oswestry Shropshire. Danny faced tough competition as the majority of the top national racers in his category were also is attendance.

The weather conditions made racing rather difficult with winds reaching 30MPH and intermittent rain showers, but despite this, Danny managed to put together a great effort on his 1st of 2 timed race runs which landed him in the winning position. Danny's winning run time was 2:00.92 minutes, which was 1.63 seconds faster than 2nd place and 2.40 seconds over 3rd.

This result has now allowed Danny to advance into 'Expert' category for the up and coming 2015 racing season and we wish him the best of luck!
