Using Maxxis’ TR technology from our mountain bike tires along with a ONE70 (170 TPI) casing and a carbon fibre bead, we were able to create a race-ready tubeless road tire weighing just 250g for a 23c size! The Padrone-TR also features our SilkShield technology, protecting the tire from bead to bead.

• TR Tires provide the rider with many benefits: the ability to run lower air pressures, which improves traction; lower rolling resistance when compared to a tube-type tire; and less chance of flatting since there is no tube.
