With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle Free Returns
At Banjo Cycles we pride ourselves on our customer reputation. In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase then don’t hesitate to get in touch and well make arranges for the return, a full refund or exchange within 90 days from the purchase.
Any purchase can be returned to us for any reason, provided it is received by us in an unused condition in/or with its original packaging and receipt. Should the bike have any sign at all of usage or wear and tear, a restocking fee will be charged.
Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & Debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase. Due to the high incidence of fraud we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a prior contact via email or telephone.

The new power arc Pro expands on the success of the original power saddle.It features the same channel and length as the original and S-Works arc but where it differs is in its titanium rails versus the carbon fibre found on the s-works. But this means that it still features a stiff FACT carbon fibre shell and lightweight eva padding. The shape of the saddle is also designed to provide ample sit bone support and this has been coupled with a shorter-than-usual nose section to keep pressure off of soft tissue while riding in aggressive positions. They even took this ideology a step further via an extra wide and elongated body geometry channel that's been proven through blood flow testing and pressure mapping to reduce unwanted numbness and pressure.
And while this all seems familiar if you're already a power loyalist this iteration features a curved body geometry shape that better contours to your body. What does this mean for your ride? It means that you'll feel as if you're in the saddle" and not on it. And ultimately this equates to greater comfort and superior performance in all seated positions whether you're a man or woman.
They've also replaced the traditional pu padding for an elaston foam construction that's made up of small beads that are expanded into the foam. The result? The feeling off sitting on 1000 miniature pillows rather than one piece of foam. And to keep the comfort coming we rely on our extra-wide elongated body geometry channel and short nose to provide you with proper sit bone support.
