With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle Free Returns
At Banjo Cycles we pride ourselves on our customer reputation. In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase then don’t hesitate to get in touch and well make arranges for the return, a full refund or exchange within 90 days from the purchase.
Any purchase can be returned to us for any reason, provided it is received by us in an unused condition in/or with its original packaging and receipt. Should the bike have any sign at all of usage or wear and tear, a restocking fee will be charged.
Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & Debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase. Due to the high incidence of fraud we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a prior contact via email or telephone.

For starters we've made it lighter less clingy and more durable by replacing the heavier knit panels of yesteryear with a new four-way stretch woven fabric on the front collar and stash pockets that's 30% lighter. The compact structure of this new stretch woven fabric is strong light and incredibly soft against the skin for all-day comfort out on the road. We also kept our cold fabric technology that reduces the surface temperature of dark fabrics and then we added airy mesh side panels for additional ventilation. These three materials combine to make the rbx Pro jersey one of our finest when it comes to delivering maximum comfort performance and style. Not bad huh?
Additionally the new rbx Pro jersey includes flat bonded seams along the top of the pocket edges for a clean minimal feel without using heavy elastic with tight stitching. And for extra grip we've replaced our rigid metal puller with an extended metal chain ring on the back pocket that makes it easier to grab when riding. We've maintained our popular standard fit too that's tailored specifically for women and hits the sweet spot between a race and classic fit so it's perfect for long all-out rides. There's also enough room however to avoid any pinching or the feeling of being constricted in your movements.
