With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle Free Returns
At Banjo Cycles we pride ourselves on our customer reputation. In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase then don’t hesitate to get in touch and well make arranges for the return, a full refund or exchange within 28 days from the purchase.
Any purchase can be returned to us for any reason, provided it is received by us in an unused condition in/or with its original packaging and receipt. Should the bike have any sign at all of usage or wear and tear, a restocking fee will be charged.
Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & Debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase. Due to the high incidence of fraud we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a prior contact via email or telephone.

Down-country is all about going up fast, down fast and repeating. The Moventor 2.0 MIPS is virtually perfect for the demands of mountain bikers. The MTB helmet is lightweight, well ventilated and has a deeper fit that gives more protection at the back of the head. When the trail points downwards, the ten air inlets and nine air outlets provide good ventilation. In addition to all the well thought-out features for off-road use, the MIPS model has impact protection. This is intended to protect the brain, especially if the cyclist's head hits the ground at an angle during a fall. In a fall, the brain is exposed to strong rotational movements that can lead to severe brain injuries. With MIPS, a movable low-friction plastic shell is integrated into the helmet to ensure that rotation is reduced and the head is better protected.
