With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle Free Returns
At Banjo Cycles we pride ourselves on our customer reputation. In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase then don’t hesitate to get in touch and well make arranges for the return, a full refund or exchange within 28 days from the purchase.
Any purchase can be returned to us for any reason, provided it is received by us in an unused condition in/or with its original packaging and receipt. Should the bike have any sign at all of usage or wear and tear, a restocking fee will be charged.
Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & Debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase. Due to the high incidence of fraud we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a prior contact via email or telephone.

Sapim nipples are designed to suit every wheel requirement, offering superior fit and stress reduction.
As with spokes, there is a nipple to suit every wheel requirement. To decide which nipple is best, you must weigh up the available information.
The rounded design of the patented Polyax nipple head reduces the stresses produced by axial and lateral forces (inherent in wheels with low spoke counts and crossings). Polyax nipples re-align themselves within a rim hole up to 9 degrees in a radial direction and 6 degrees in an axial direction, making for a much superior fit.
Sapim makes nipples in nickel plated brass and in aluminium. All nipples are forged. Arguments in favour of a brass nipple are price and rigidity. The strength/weight ratio is the principal argument for a 7075 alloy nipple. Anodized coloured alloy nipples will help guard against corrosion as well as look great.
